Sustainability Trainee

This is where we work on innovative solutions and drive sustainable development - and this is exactly where we need someone like you**:as our new Sustainability Trainee (M/F/d)** working part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) or full-time.

You’ll help us embed sustainability not just as a concept, but as a lived value across the entire company. From analyzing our environmental footprint to improving internal processes and supporting our journey toward B Corp certification - you’ll be in the middle of it all, making a real difference.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Drive sustainability at LOISIUM forward - as the key point of contact, you’ll build the foundation and bring in your own ideas;
- Take an active role in our B Corp certification process - coordinate data, prepare content, and work closely with our management team;
- Analyze existing workflows (e.g., energy use, resource management, social standards) and develop ideas for improvement;
- Raise awareness across our teams by creating internal initiatives and small-scale trainings;- Collaborate with different departments, gain insights into all areas of our hotels, and build strong internal networks.

**Your Profile**
- University degree (completed or in progress) in Sustainability Management, Environmental Studies, Tourism or a comparable discipline;
- Passion for sustainability and social responsibility;
- Analytical mindset and structured working style;
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration;
- Initial experience in sustainability (e.g., through internships or academic projects) is a plus.
