For our Merchants Team, we are looking for an Sales & Account Management Trainee (M/F/x). With you, as an essential part of refurbed and as an important interface between us and our merchants, we would like to find new ways to grow even further.
Together with you and your talent we want to make consumption sustainable and build the leading marketplace for refurbished products in Europe. Join us on our mission #TalentForFuture
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You hold a degree in Business, Communication or in another related field
- You gained first work experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development
- You are a problem solver and a team player
- You have an analytical and data-driven mindset
- You work independently and in a structured, responsible way
- You have an outgoing personality and a high level of empathy
- Your communication skills are excellent
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You are fluent in English and in another European language besides German (French, Spanish etc.)
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- You are the interface between refurbed and our merchants
- You acquire new customers and build strong and sustainable relationships with them
- You negotiate with our new partners and find the perfect solutions
- You are helping us to grow our B2B business
- You work closely with other departments, especially Customer Service, Listing and Product Management
- You are one of our diplomatic heroes, finding new solutions for both our customers
- You start managing smaller projects while being a global problem solver
- You grow and learn with the company
