**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Accountable for performing complex functional tasks / assignments and implementing original technical solutions
- Create and execute technical project plans, regularly monitor objectives, risks, deadlines, milestones, costs and resources, carry out regular project and review meetings and prepare the corresponding reports
- Provide technical guidance, advise and consult within the organization on discipline-related technologies with focus on simulation, screen and introduce new technologies and optimize workflows
- Represent OMV at technical conferences, workshops and forums; coordinate / liaise with related disciplines, industry vendors and other companies / contractors.
- Publish best practice approaches, share lessons learned internally, and coach and mentor junior staff
- Document and archive all technical work performed
- Supporting the ongoing innovation through the Digitalization Program DigitUP like the Simulation Services program
- Continuous development of Integrated Digital Twins and Models based on business demand

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in Petroleum Engineering or other suitable study area
- Minimum of 10 years professional experience with an extensive understanding of all elements of reservoir engineering, including reservoir simulation
- Broad knowledge of interdependencies, able to manage and connect workflows with neighboring disciplines (Petrophysics, Geology)
- Extensive knowledge and significant work experience including international posting(s)
- Track record of delivery across multiple reservoirs & countries worldwide.
- Excellent communications skills, team, and solution oriented working style.
- Experience in project management
