Stellenbeschreibung
- Planung und Implementierung von Operations Initiativen/Projekten
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für die operationsübergreifenden Projekte
- Erarbeitung und Definition der Zielsetzung, Lösungen in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen hinsichtlich Inhalt, Kosten und Zeit
- Kontinuierliche Projektleitung inkl. Fortschrittsverfolgung und Reporting
- Implementierung der Lösungen in den Serienbetrieb und Übergabe

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/ FH/ TU/ Uni)
- Begeisterung und Interesse neue Technologien und Prozesse im Produktionsumfeld zu etablieren
- Teamführungsfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse über Systemlandschaft der Produktion und IT
- Koordinationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Strukturiertheit und Lösungsorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung bei der Anbahnung und Umsetzung von Förderprojekten von Vorteil
- Moderate Reisebereitschaft

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt beträgt je nach Ausbildung € 2.765;
- brutto. Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer deutlichen Überzahlung vorhanden.
