To even increase this growth speed, we are looking for a** Senior Sales Operations Manager and Business Analyst (M/F/d). **You will join our sales team, and directly report to the Head of Sales of this business unit. Your role will be to set up the sales department for success by establishing scalable processes and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness.

Starting date: as soon as possible.

**About you**We are looking for a self-starter that is always going the extra-miles to achieve its objectives. Ideally you have a good understanding of how good looks like in the B2B SaaS industry and can establish an infrastructure and processes that empower scalability, efficiency and data-driven decision.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Conduct market researches and empower data-driven and throughout decisions on a strategic level by your insights
- Structure processes within the sales function that scale (along with the head of sales)
- Create reportings to track the performance and KPI’s within the sales, account management and marketing functions
- Work closely with the business stakeholders and define the profitability of our features
- continuous audit and improve existing processes

**What we are looking for**:
At least **3+ years experience** in B2B Sales, Ideally in SaaS, mobility, Data Management, or tech environment
- HQ in Vienna (Austria) or technopole in Novi-Sad (Serbia). Part-time remote possible
- English fluent, (any additional Language is a real plus but not compulsory), **with excellent communication skills** (oral and written)
- Excellent skills in Excel, Powerpoint, CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) Tableau BI is a strong plus
- You’re great in communicating effectively with business stakeholders
- Data Enthusiast : You have strong experience in working with data and making it readable and accessible
- Be scale-up compatible : you know how to interact with a **fast-pace environment **and agile decisions

Autonomous, well-organized and success-driven**, you are opened and willing to learn from others as much as leading younger colleagues and give feedback
