**Your mission**:
As the **Human Resources Manager,** you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading all human resource functions within World Data Lab. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall company strategy and ensure that our team thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related issues, offering solutions for workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development plans.
- Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by all employees.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR practices.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and reward programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Foster a company culture that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and personal development.

**Your profile**:

- 5+ years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, and Austrian employment law.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR processes in a fast-moving organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (German is considered a plus).
