**About the job**
As Regional Head of People & Culture, you will actively shape RHI Magnesita’s P&C strategy and roadmap for our Europe, CIS & Turkey region. As part of the Regional Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Regional President. In this position, you will be responsible for all P&C related matters in the region, supported by a region-wide team of leaders, generalists and specialists. Your team closely collaborates with other regions in global and cross-regional projects. The regional adaptation and implementation of global processes will also be your responsibility, as well as the continuous improvement of the efficiency of the Regional P&C organization.
**Your tasks will include**:
- Strategic business partnering with the Regional Leadership Team
- Continuous change and transformation management
- Organizational & leadership development (i.e., for the entire region or tailored to certain locations and/or functions)
- Strategic workforce planning (i.e., building customized education programs, succession planning, evaluating digitalization and automatization measures)
- Employer branding measures for the region
- Regular interaction with (European) Works Council
- Design and facilitation of workshops and meetings
**About You**
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach, and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.
**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & Skills**
- A holistic HR background (i.e., through relevant studies/trainings or corresponding experience)
- A general understanding of labor law in Europe, especially Austria
- Experience in dealing with works councils and unions in Europe
- Solid project and change management skills
- Expertise in improving and standardizing processes, e.g., in establishing shared service centers, outsourcing solutions, automatization and digitalization
**Languages**
- German - Fluent
- English - Fluent
**Work Experience**
- Several years of HR leadership experience, ideally in an international corporate environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 95.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
