**We are looking for a product owner to support our product team. Usersnap is a web-based customer feedback solution that helps companies like Facebook, Canva, Microsoft to listen to the voice of customers throughout the product development cycle.**:
**Responsibilities**
- You **transform visions and ideas into actions**.
- You break down ambitious goals into **sprint-fitting stories**.
- You **manage the backlog**, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- You take** E2E ownership**, ensure to bring stories from development to production, as well as monitoring success
- You deeply **understand our customers' needs**, backed by research.
- You work strongly together with product as well as engineering teams.

**We’re looking for people who have**
- Experience in **agile software development**.
- Knowledge of **B2B SaaS products** and desirable within the customer feedback space.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **
Team player** and hands-on person, ability to inspire colleagues: communicative, organized, and visionary
- Ideally, you started your career as an engineer.
