Die Position Pricing & Tender Management ist eine Support-Funktion für den Vertrieb und in dieser Funktion für die Koordination und Durchführung aller kundenrelevanten Ausschreibungen (keine single-car-tender) und für die Einhaltung der Compliance im Bereich Pricing verantwortlich. Das Tender Management umfasst - Handover von Vertrieb an das Tender Management (Vertrieb -> Tender Management) - gemeinsame Sichtung der Ausschreibung (Vertrieb Tender Management) - gemeinsame Entwicklung und Exekution der Strategie für die jeweilige Ausschreibung (Vertrieb Tender Management à Teilnahme, Pricing, Dienstleistungsumfang/-ausprägung, Produkt) - Einhaltung der internationalen Vorgaben (bei Int. Ausschreibungen) - bei Bedarf Involvement der entsprechenden Fachbereiche (Risk, Legal, GW, FPA,) - Koordination und Kontrolle sämtlicher operativer Tender-Prozesse à Angebotslegung, Freigaben, etc. - eigenständige Beantwortung der RFIs - Befüllung der RFPs/RFQs inkl. Das Pricing Management umfasst - proaktive Abstimmung auslaufender Pricing-Vereinbarungen mit dem Vertrieb à jährliche Prüfung und Erneuerung des kundenspezifischen Pricings auf monatlicher Basis - Unterstützung Vertrieb für das Finden des „richtigen“ Pricing - Berechnung des RoE für das zu beantragende Pricing (Neu, Verlängerung) inkl. Aufbereitung zur Genehmigung, - Durchführung und Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Policies (Kompetenzregelung, Deal Approval Guidelines, Pricing Tool) - Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Asset Risk Mitigation Maßnahmen (Uploads von neuen Settings) Entwicklung und Implementierung von Risk Mitigation Maßnahmen auf Kundenebene in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb (zB. LoMaMo, GRID4ALL, aufzehrendes RV-Loading) - Entwicklung und Dokumentation von Pricing Prozessen und Maßnahmen Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.800,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
