We work in close cooperation with universities and research facilities supporting your academic education, whereas our industrial partner Infineon offers interesting opportunities for a prospective career path in the semiconductor industry. KAI GmbH in cooperation with Infineon Technologies Austria AG is involved in the EU project MULTICHARM for the multidisciplinary characterization and modelling for innovative process and product integration of power semiconductors. Within the framework of this project we offer a Bachelor thesis topic at KAI.

- Investigate new **cooling concepts **for **next generation power semiconductors**:

- Develop a **demonstrator **cooling system **for new **power semiconductor products**:

- Evaluate the **implementation **of your **demonstrator**:

- Analyze **test results **in corporation with your **supervisors **to gain insights
- Document your work in form of a **Bachelor Thesis**:

- Learn about **power electronics **and **cooling systems **of **next generation power semiconductor technologies**
