**About the job**

We are looking for a junior professional to join our Global Corporate Communications team with home base in the corporate headquarter in Vienna. To expand our position as the global market leader, we are looking for best-in-class experts in communicating topics related to sustainability, climate and research and development. Your tasks will include:

- You support the implementation of RHI Magnesita sustainability strategy
- You participate in the conception, implementation and management of projects related to sustainability, climate and R&D in internal and external communication
- You keep an eye on latest developments in the refractory industry related to the topics of sustainability, climate and R&D
- You help to shape RHI Magnesita’s image in the eye of external stakeholders

You are enthusiastic and a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and take decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively aim for constant improvement, while always being customer oriented. You see change as something positive, can adapt quickly and you like to courageously help shaping the future of RHI Magnesita.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A hands-on, pro-active working attitude with strong execution skills
- A cross-functional team player mentality who takes on responsibility
- A structured and efficient way of working
- A results-driven mindset with focus on serving internal and external stakeholders in the best way

**Ideally you also**:

- Hold an academic degree/tertiary degree in communication, PR or related fields
- Have 2-3 years’ experience in communication, PR or related fields
- Have perfect communication and presentation skills in English, further languages are welcome
- Have the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple way
- Are a team player with high level of energy and initiative
- Are looking forward to working in a dynamic, innovative and international team
- Are a digital native and you have a strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel,)
- Are willing to grow in a communication manager position

Your potential annual gross salary starts at € 40.000 on a full-time basis. We value your education, skills and experience and will make sure these are reflected accordingly in your final set salary.
