The Strategic Product Management Team acts as a bidirectional interface between the automotive market and our software and hardware development teams across several product lines. For this position, we seek an experienced project manager who understands the challenges of growing software development organizations. As part of the Product Management Finance and Operations team, you will be overall responsible for strategically highly important projects in the area of software product development.

**Your Tasks**:

- Execute overall responsibility for strategically highly important projects and ensure their success
- Alignment of project goals and priorities, definition of project charter and creation of project plan with project sponsors and stakeholders
- Lead the project actively to ensure success with regards to goals, budget, and timeline
- Report project status and escalate issues to senior management
- Facilitate project teams and foster an outcome-oriented culture
- Active resolution of arising conflicts

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in business administration, software engineering or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in leading complex projects
- Strong networker with the ability to communicate with various types of stakeholders
- Experience with agile management methodologies, ideally in a leading role
- Experience with Jira or comparable tools is a plus
- Strong customer and outcome orientation, outstanding communication skills and unwavering service-orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
