Together, we’ll reinvent essentials for sustainable living, foster growth, and have a lasting impact on the generations to come. **Your tasks** - Oversee and manage the creation of high-quality, engaging social media content within our corporate newsroom setup and in alignment with the communications strategy. - Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness and foster channel growth. - Define, steer, and supervise the social media strategy for all social media channels. - Establish a data-driven decision-making approach and develop a comprehensive KPI-based strategy. - Manage, audit, and monitor OMV’s social media channels to ensure the targeted - Lead the development and management of OMV’s social media strategy across the entire group. - Be part of the corporate newsroom team, responsible for actively shaping the key strategic topics and deciding on its distribution. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends, emerging platforms, and tools to ensure OMV remains at the forefront of social media innovations. **Your profile** - Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or similiar. - At least 7 years of professional experience in Digital Communication and Social Media Management. - Advanced skills in Social Media content development. - Prior experience in a similar role in a listed international company. - Knowledge and active usage of popular social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). - Strong communications skills and Team player. - Very good German and English language skills. **What to expect from OMV** - At OMV, we are committed to fostering an environment where every individual is given equal opportunities for career advancement.
