Stellenbeschreibung
- Aufbau und Führung des Qualitäts-Teams
- Abstimmung und Vereinbarung von Qualitäts-Kundenanforderungen
- Planung, Koordination und Absicherung der Qualitätsarbeit im Produktentstehungsprozess
- Vereinbarung und Steuerung von Qualitätszielen im Programm
- Planung und Unterstützung der präventiven Qualitätsarbeit
- Planung und Steuerung der Problemlösung und von Qualitätsprüfungen/QM-Freigaben
- Erfahrungstransfer von Lessons Learned in das Q-Team und im Programm

Qualifikationen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Meisterausbildung/HTL/FH/TU)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie im Bereich Qualität
- Kenntnisse der Methoden im Problemlösungsprozess und Projektmanagement
- Führungserfahrung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
- Moderate Dienstreisebereitschaft

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.543;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
