**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Control and monitor software development as well as release cycles in collaboration with service and project managers and drive and/or provide input and contribute to change management
- You will provide technical and architectural guidance in projects, support solution design and ensure compliance of systems
- Monitor strategic direction of vendors, market trends, and determine their impact and value to the enterprise
- Develop a strategy for assigned parts of the IT landscape and align with other stakeholders, analyze and document business client’s problems and needs and develop an adequate consulting approach/problem solving approach
- You will develop a solution strategy with the client and design best-fit solutions, which must meet technical, financial and strategic requirements and assure acceptance with main stakeholders and appropriate decision process with the management
- In this position you will support business for any matter in regards to business processes for road and rail logistics and terminal automation with focus on automation of product receipt, storage and shipping processes
- You will design, structure, plan and implement projects in time, scope and budget, incl. timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
- Leads a team of specialists, professionals or experts to implement project tasks and work closely with the project sponsor/client at a tactical level

**Your profile**:

- You have a university degree Master/Diploma in IT Management or Solution Architecture
- You have at least 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Comprehensive understanding of logistic processes within the Downstream business area, experience in supporting and/or leading IT projects is desirable
- Expertise in operating and maintaining logistic systems in close alignment with Operational Technology (OT) components as well as knowledge of shipment and logistic processes
- You have broad knowledge of shipment and logistic processes and their interdependencies and provide expertise in the separation of IT/OT systems
- You are fluent in English
