- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Solution Architects, focusing on B2B domain
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented chapter culture
- Define and enforce solution architecture standards across squads and initiatives
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals
- Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to drive agile delivery and architectural excellenceDo you bring strong leadership experience and enjoy developing and guiding high-performing teams?
