- Play a key role in launching The Cover Membership Club, redefining curated experiences and creative networking opportunities.
- Drive bold new concepts and help shape the next chapter of the city’s dynamic hospitality landscape with Seven North Restaurant and Miznon.

- Drive daily operations at Max Brown 7th District, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all hotel and restaurant touchpoints.
- Support daily operations at Max Brown 5th District, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless experiences as the property undergoes exciting transformations..
- Create synergy between hotel operations and restaurant services, delivering an exceptional and cohesive guest journey.
- Act as Gewerblicher Geschäftsführer for both properties, providing strategic leadership to steer Max Brown’s success in Vienna.

**Strategic Planning & Financial Oversight**
- Shape and implement strategic and budget plans for the Vienna region, setting clear, ambitious goals to fuel growth and enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee P&L management, balancing revenue optimization with cost control to drive financial success.
- Implement financial controls and KPIs, consistently tracking performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

**Property Transformation & Innovation**
- Support the exciting transformation of Max Brown 5th District with room renovations, bringing fresh and innovative experiences to life

- You have 5+ years of operational leadership experience in hotels and F&B environments, ideally across multiple properties.
- Proven success in pre-opening projects and managing large-scale F&B operations.
- Strong understanding of financial management, with the ability to optimize P&L and drive profitability.
- A natural leader who inspires teams and fosters collaboration, ensuring compliance with local laws and standards.
- You excel in creating exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand values.
- Your strategic vision and passion for operational excellence make you a perfect fit to lead and grow our Vienna properties.
