You like text. Written, excellent from Marvel Comics to Thomas Bernhard (in this case only the small state prize). You have an affinity for ideas that move brands forward and not just yourself. Enjoy working in a team with young, agile, forward thinking people and know that this phrase goes faster, younger and less boomer cringe. You have experience on big and small brands, as well as agencies, teams and projects. Words are your football, your Fender Rhodes, your raised bed, your white canvas...you love to express yourself creatively.

What you don't like are unimaginatively written job advertisements, like this one, which also sounds like old advertising copy that doesn't even work on the internet. As soon as you read the first lines, you have the feeling that the idea and the textual finesse are missing. Ideal. We agree, that's why we're looking for you.

**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You understand brands, their role in modern society and how their culture and business have to be relevant for consumers.
- You are enthusiastic about all digital disiciplines, from web and social media to content and digital technology.
- You can develop creative ideas and campaign concepts to activate brands and their products and make them visible online - from content ideation to texts and social media roll-out, etc.
- You love drafting stories and overseeing the creation and implementation of them; from briefing a production team all the way through to go-live on social media or digital platforms.
- You’re able to convert creative ideas to logically structured decks and concepts (showing the core of the briefing, challenges, insights), along with simple mockups and texts for digital campaigns and activities.
- You have worked on video concepts, outlining the overall production style, look & feel, storyline, formats and how to distribute them within the digital ecosystem of a brand.
- You feel comfortable pitching these ideas and executions internally as well as to existing and potential clients, and being a source of inspiration for our clients, day-in, day-out.
- You have your finger on the pulse and know what’s trending and how to make use of it for our clients and brands.
- You can coordinate creative briefings to production teams and work in a structured and well organized way.
- You are a self-starter who’s always willing to learn new things and push boundaries proactively.
- You are solutions-driven and stay hands-on in busy situations.
- You can work with fellow digital and creative colleagues in an open-plan office where teams sit together and freely communicate with each other.
- You are able to work on and coordinate your tasks towards regular deadlines and handle a good volume of work.
- You always carefully ensure a perfect project workflow.
- Fluent in German in both writing and speaking and excellent English language.
