**Senior Structuring & Execution Manager** **(m/w/d)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take overall responsibility for origination and structuring across a range of infrastructure sectors across EMEA, including market research, directing due diligence, preparation of credit committee papers and negotiation of documentation to completion of transaction.
- Manage client relationships through active client dialogue and transaction execution in cooperation with origination and coverage teams.
- Analyze business models and oversee financial analysis and modeling.
- Supervise and train analysts and associates.
**Requirements**:
- Experience (7+ yrs) in infrastructure and energy project finance, equity development finance, advisory or venture capital
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage the deal from sourcing all the way to successful closing.
- Senior experience in debt and mezzanine structured finance is an advantage
- Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities.
- Solutions focused, with drive and determination to succeed in a competitve environment.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills.
The position is governed by the collective agreement for banks and bankiers. The monthly basic minimum salary is EUR 3.914,98 gross.
