About Fisker Inc.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute general warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and inventory management practices in support of program requirements under both normal and expedited operating environments.- Ensure that inventory stock and values are accurate, regularly monitoring levels for planning purposes and ensuring no discrepancies.- Utilize SAP WMS system to maintain warehouse data including sales, reconciling inventory levels and communicating with Fisker team or intended parts recipients.- Monitor delivery timelines to ensure quality and accuracy is meeting expectations.- Ensure parts quality in receiving, storage and shipping.- Manage the warehouse operations team and use the PDCA process to optimize performance and job satisfaction.- Partner with leadership and external customers to ensure demand planning and inventory implementation.- Implement and oversee safety procedures for the warehouse personnel.
Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience- 8-10 years of warehouse and inventory experience.- Experience with SAP and SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) module a plus.-
- Knowledge and practical experience in PDCA and/or Kaizen processes.- Exceptional communication skills.- Independent / Self Starting.- Punctual and reliable.- Good working ethic and team player.- Eager to learn.- English language skills preferable
