**What you will do as our Operations Manager**

Because of our rapid growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager who is responsible for supporting and guiding our major automation process. You will be responsible for the operations in a value circle. This means running our warehouse and shops by visiting them if needed and managing them online. This means that no two days will be the same for you and you will explore every corner of the region. You will use data and the feedback from the shops to help us further improve and optimize our automation process and cooperation with suppliers.

As an Ops Manager, you are responsible for the turnover and operational excellence of our Wundermart shops and warehouse of your region. This is because you want all our unmanned Wundermart shops to be equipped with 100% of all products and all other necessities to achieve high turnovers. You can be found both in our warehouse/office and in the field to provide our customers with the best possible assistance. With your skillset, this is the time to jump on the Wundermart train. We are in-housing the supply chain which means you can really have an impact on Wundermart, our clients, and your own development.

- Warehouse: quality and efficiencyShops: Full shelves, max turnover
- Shops: perfect shop experience for customers
- Partner management: responsible for logistic partners
- Operational excellence of your territory

**Our ideal Operations Manager**
- Has a minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and/or retail
- Graduate at a University level (preferably in logistics)
- “Structure” is your middle name
- Has a strong hands-on mentality
- Has great communication skills and is fluent in English and German
- Has a driver’s license _(and does not mind being on the road a lot)_
