We are a seed stage company operating at the interception of high-growth startup and private equity investments.
We constantly work towards creating a profitable growth company that is a great place to work. We have already brought together a world-class team, with previous experience from consulting, private equity, venture capital and entrepreneurship.

Tasks
**You will have an impact on**:
- Being the first hire on the ground in Vienna, representing our company, building up our operations from scratch
- Ensuring that our guests are constantly satisfied and as happy as they can be
- Managing the day to day operation of allocated hospitality units
- Working closely with external partners ensuring consistent quality levels and consistent performance improvements
- Maintaining good relationships to local service providers, employees, and all other stakeholders
- Designing scalable operations processes (SOPs) and automating them as much as possible with our tech team
- Ensuring that the allocated units are proactively maintained and improved
**Requirements**:
**What you add to our Team**:
- 1+ years of relevant operations experience in an operations heavy startup (hospitality, logistics, q-commerce, etc.)
- First experiences in managing service providers and small teams
- Your friends describe you as the most organized person they know
- Ability to multitask and keep an overview in a fast paced work environment
- Ambition towards flawless execution and operational excellence
- Handyman skills to make small repairs and other tasks
- Local knowledge of Vienna and the local hospitality sector is a plus
- Driver\'s license is a must
- German and English are required, other languages would be great
