Aufgabenbereich

Als Process Engineer (m/w/d) begleiten Sie die ablauforganisatorischen Änderungen in den Bereichen Software-Entwicklung (vom Anforderungsmanagement bis zur Abnahme), Projekt-, Service
- und Innovationsmanagement.
Dazu gehören folgende Tätigkeitsfelder:

- Sie führen neue Prozesse in den Feldern Software Engineering, Projekt-, Service
- und Innovationsmanagement ein und dokumentieren sie.
- Dabei legen Sie auch fest, in welchen Schritten und durch welche Maßnahmen (Pilot, Workshops, Vorträge, Blogs, Trainings,...) der Prozess in die Fläche gebracht wird. Sie erstellen Trainingsunterlagen, halten Trainings ab und stehen danach den Mitarbeiter*innen für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.
- Sie definieren Anforderungen an die Tools, die diese Prozesse unterstützen sollen.
- Sie bewerten Prozesse, um Schwachstellen und Verbesserungspotenziale bei Qualität, Termineinhaltung sowie Produktivität zu identifizieren. Dies erfolgt insbesondere durch
- Monitoring der Qualität von Arbeitsergebnissen
- Tracking von Metriken
- Bewertung der Konformität mit Entwicklungs-, Sicherheits
- und Qualitätsstandards
- Sie kommunizieren die Befundungen und Verbesserungsvorschläge an das Management.
- Sie unterstützen die Teams bei der Implementierung der beschlossenen Verbesserungen.

Ihre Voraussetzungen / Wir erwarten
- Eine abgeschlossene, fachlich relevante Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft und/oder Informatik
- Berufserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung oder im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in einem agilen Umfeld.
- Starke sprachliche Fähigkeiten (Deutsch, Englisch), um die Lösungen in die Köpfe zu bringen
- Sie können Menschen überzeugen, sind aber wo notwendig auch konflikthart
- Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und übernehmen auch Verantwortung für Ihre Projekte

Wir bieten Ihnen

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 45.990;
- brutto pro Jahr. Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie** **diverse SDS Benefits**.
