As our Sales Manager for DACH, you will be
- Responsible for prospecting independent hotels, small hotel groups, and other hospitality venues to position the solution’s value proposition and convert the opportunity into a closed sale. You will hunt for new business (cold calls, visits, networking) to build a pipeline of opportunities in your market
- In cooperation with internal and external resources, you will review the markets and associated data, identify areas of focus and develop targeted site lists. In support of the business development plan, you will identify and engage with the stakeholders of targeted properties

YOUR CONTRIBUTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Join and support a team of global sales professionals, providing performance management to maximize team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with market trends and customer requirements
- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Stay informed about customer feedback and market insights, providing valuable input for product enhancements and new feature development
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and sales techniques, continuously enhancing sales skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the executive team to provide input on sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning

WHO YOU ARE
- You are currently based in DACH-region and have a deep understanding of the local tourism infrastructure
- You gained at least 3y-5y of experience in to join our wonderful team. If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity to contribvenues/Sales with an in-depth knowledge of business development, sales techniques, and methodology
- You have experience with CRM systems and their maintenance
- You offer excellent interpersonal skills with an independent, self-reliant way of working
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are willing to travel
