**About the role**:
In this role you will lead complex and/or high impact technical process/product investigations, technical problem solving and improvement programs and projects across all business areas of the production site Vienna.

You will support the Vienna Site and Plasma Network for cross-products/sites’ technical improvements and operational efficiency initiatives related to reliability, robustness, and uptime improvement.

**How you will contribute**:

- Initiate and drive improvement programs (such as First Time Right initiatives and Maintenance Reduction Programs)
- Promote harmonization and facilitate the implementation of best practices and knowledge sharing through a community of practice within Vienna across units and functions

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- University degree in engineering, biotechnology, pharmaceutical science or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant industry experience including hands-on experience in problem solving methods
- Practical experience in using statistical analytics tools, project management and Lean Six Sigma methods (Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
- Proven leadership experience of cross-functional teams
- Basic GMP knowledge preferred
- Result-oriented and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
- Business proficiency in German and English
