CRM Project Manager

Your Tasks- Responsible for managing projects, including planning, communication, coordination, and documentation
- Analyzing and digitizing CRM business processes together with different stakeholders
- Relying on data from various sources to drive decisions
- Coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM modules at headquarters in Innsbruck and subsidiaries worldwide
- Monitoring the CRM system set up, health and interfaces
- Your Profile- Completed HTL or similar education, as well as at least 5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing or Service
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration or comparable system
- Understanding of data quality and structure; building reports that tell a story to stakeholders
- Strong communicator who is proficient in translating a wide range of needs and requirements into practical and actionable information for project management
- Being comfortable with working within a matrix organization, with autonomy and a focus on collaboration

- Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 38,855.04.
