**Auf den Punkt gebracht**Als Accounting Process & Project Manager:in wirkst du aktiv bei der Analyse und Implementierung neuer Geschäftsfelder mit und koordinierst die Umsetzung der Projekte im Accounting.

**Dein neuer Job**:

- Du arbeitest im agil organisierten Accounting an der Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsideen und der Integration von M&A-Projekten.
- Du übernimmst die SPOC-Funktion im Accounting für diese Projekte und koordinierst die Umsetzung über die Accounting-Prozesslandschaft.
- Du begleitest und verantwortest die Projekte E2E - von der Idee, über die inhaltliche Konzeption bis zur technischen Implementierung und das Go-Live.
- Du koordinierst notwendige Prozessänderungen und Systemtests.
- Du gestaltest die Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Accounting-Prozesse und setzt gemeinsam mit dem Team Automatisierungen und Robotic-Themen um.

**Du bist bei uns richtig, weil**:

- du mindestens 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt und Prozess Management sowie im SAP Prozessumfeld hast. Schulungen zu SAP ERP, ISP oder Amdocs sind von Vorteil.
- du die technische Verantwortung für einzelne Prozesse übernehmen möchtest und die Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse auch inhaltlich vorantreibst.
- du dich inhaltlich in die Richtung M&A/IFRS/Tax entwickeln willst.
- du über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst.
- du bereits Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management hast, Probleme rasch erfasst und diese effektiv löst.
