The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Senior Manager (*) Product Stewardship in EMEA, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership and other Product Stewardship leaders to set strategy for the EMEA Product Stewardship Team and to lead and develop further the organization to effectively deliver on all relevant responsibilities_- Contributing to policy setting and operational deployment of expectations relevant to Product Stewardship in EMEA_- Providing leadership and oversight to a team of EMEA located Product Stewardship teams responsible for ensuring local compliance with product stewardship expectations, understanding trends and anticipating opportunities_- Developing and advancing product stewardship strategies and business processes, including area-level operational planning and driving localization of product stewardship expertise, including product support and regulatory leadership_- Maintaining a strong operational knowledge of industry technologies, products, customers, and customers’ needs as well as identifying best practices and facilitating replication across countries and regions_

Your Skills and Expertise- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Product Stewardship, Toxicology, Environmental Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Chemical or Biological Sciences, or Regulatory Affairs from an accredited institution_- Profound experience in product safety or stewardship technical roles_- Experience in leading people while managing complex programs, projects, or initiatives_- Experience in managing and/or leading team members located in multiple countries_
