Business Development Manager

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close collaboration with an international warehouse and logistics solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in Warehouse Automation solutions.
We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager role, based in Vienna, Austria.
**Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:
- Work in partnership with and support marketing, regional sales and global development teams in order to target future markets
- Engage in initial contact with potential customers, including relevant presentations and market knowledge in the Warehouse Automation
- Able to design in CAD, collaborating with the team and the customer to create the best solution
- Use technical knowledge to select different problems that best address customer needs, potentially creating full solutions
- Contribute to the conceptualisation and execution of solutions for current and new customers
- Collaboration with the marketing team in order to develop and strengthen external messaging
**To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in business development
- Experience in technical sales project in the Warehouse Automation industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
- Track record of results in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of the product line within the relevant areas
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
