**Job purpose**
As a Domain Lead you define the domain strategy and execution projects and develop further the strategy together with the project leads and the team. As the Data2Impact Lead you will help A1 transform into a data-driven company, running on analytics and AI in all areas of our operations, for the purpose of our customers’ delight and continuous efficiency improvements. Going forward we envisage also to address data monetazation efforts towards our customers. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with industry partners to obtain industry know-how, and help other business Domains initiate and execute data-driven activities.

**What you do**:

- You are accountable for the definition and acceptance of the domain strategy.
- You define a strategy for topics that improve the value creation of the operating model of the OpCos
- You review and develop the strategy together with the Execution Lead & project teams and as owner steer projects together with them.
- You initiate transformative activities that address untapped digitalization potentials, especially with focus on transforming business processes not yet in focus of our analytics activities
- You define execution projects so that it passes the gate process.
- You identify project leads together with the People Lead.
- Furthermore, you manage escalations & support the project teams.
- You run, set up & steer Proof of Concepts.
- Key is managing internal & external stakeholders (Execution Lead, project teams, People Lead, Vendors, Senior Opco Management).
- You define an operational model for the project and provide a proper environment for execution by winning and ensuring committment with the Opcos.
- Moreover, you are accountable for building and running relationships with industry partners to obtain industry leading know-how.
- You identify transformative trends and provide this outside-in trends to internal stakeholders & peers.

**What you offer**:

- 5+ years of experience in a management function in the area of Data Platform/Analytics or a leading function in company-wide transformation/digitalization of processes
- Experience in initiating and executing advanced analytics projects based on algorithms, predictive modelling and experimentation
- International experience in telecommunications industry recommended
- Focus on fast turnaround, joint problem solving and pragmatic, high quality solutions
- Experience in managing stakeholders in a complex environment, preferred in matrix or local/Group organization setups
- Strong agile mindset
- Deep understanding of change and role management
- Positive and result-oriented attitude and pragmatism
- Strong capability to think strategically
- Fluency in English language

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 69.240,-. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
