We are urgently looking for PAS-X Trainer and PAS-X MBR Designer (two positions) based on the requirements below:

Start: ASAP (Nov)

Contract: 6-12 months + extensions (TBC)

Location: Remote + 50% onsite in Vienna

English and German speaker (must)

Freelancer

We have two positions open:

1.PAS-X Trainer

  • Hands-on PAS-X experience, MBR Design
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, positive mindset (change management), can speak operator language and interact on eye-level with operators
  • Life science background and good process understanding to address process related questions of operators
  • Responsibilities:
  • works out training concept (class room, serious game, …), plan and material,
  • training session coordinatization with Lead of shifts
  • executes training: both general PAS-X training and also trains operators with the specific MBRs/ESPs designed in the project active hypercare support and training-on-the-job

2.PAS-X MBR Designer.

  • 3+ yrs PAS-X MBR Design experience, MBR Design best-practices
  • Proactive, hands-on mentality, positive mindset
  • Life science background and good process understanding
  • Responsibilities:
  • Main responsible for MBR design
  • independently interact with process experts for requirement analysis (in German)
  • responsible for correct wording of MBR instructions
