We are looking for a proactive PAS-X Trainer with hands-on MBR design experience to support a major digital manufacturing project. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with shopfloor operators, understands their challenges, and can deliver impactful training to ensure successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive training concepts (classroom sessions, serious games, blended learning, etc.) including training plans, materials, and practical exercises.
  • Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with shift leaders and operational management.
  • General PAS-X functionalities
  • Specific MBRs/ESPs created within the project
  • Provide hands-on hypercare support during go-live, including on-the-job coaching and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with operators, speaking their language and ensuring training is pragmatic, relevant, and process-aware.
  • Be frequently on-site in Vienna (~50% presence) to support training, workshops, and hypercare phases.

Requirements

  • Practical, hands-on experience with PAS-X, especially in MBR design.
  • A proactive mindset, ability to drive change, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with operators at eye level; strong shopfloor presence.
  • Fluent German is mandatory.
  • Life science / pharmaceutical manufacturing background with solid process understanding.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
