  • Kundenbetreuung: Du übernimmst die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und sorgst dafür, dass aus Zufriedenheit echte Begeisterung wird.

  • Onboarding: Du begleitest neue Kund*innen durch den gesamten Einführungsprozess und stellst sicher, dass der Start reibungslos und erfolgreich läuft.

  • Beratung: Durch proaktive Empfehlungen zeigst du, wie unsere Leistungen im Performance Marketing und Social Recruiting den größten Impact erzielen.

  • Monitoring: Du hältst die Kundenzufriedenheit im Blick, führst regelmäßige Reviews durch und erkennst Chancen für Optimierungen.

  • Wachstum: Mit deinem Gespür für Potenziale identifizierst du Upsell- und Cross-Sell-Möglichkeiten und unterstützt so unser weiteres Wachstum.

  • Teamwork: Gemeinsam mit unseren internen Fachbereichen setzt du Kundenanforderungen um und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Services bei.

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung im Account Management, Customer Success oder Consulting.

  • Kommunikation: Starke Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz, kombiniert mit einem sicheren Auftreten.

  • Kundenfokus: Du denkst serviceorientiert, arbeitest zuverlässig und legst Wert auf höchste Qualität.

  • Business-Mindset: Affinität zu Upsell- und Cross-Sell im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung.

  • Struktur: Analytisches Verständnis und eine organisierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
