UX / UI Consultant (f/m/x)

Your job's key responsibilities are:

• Taking responsibility for vague or high-level business requirements and transforming them into clear, user-centered digital solutions

• Advising clients on process design and best-practice solutions while ensuring their vision aligns with the capabilities of the SAP CX portfolio and individual applications

• Planning and facilitating design thinking workshops (remote and on-site) and guiding stakeholders through the creative process to uncover core user needs

• Monitoring the quality of conceptual work and deliverables, ensuring that wireframes, prototypes, and user stories meet both user expectations and budget requirements

• Translating complex business logic into intuitive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems using tools such as Figma

• Collaborating with product and project leads as well as developers in agile setups to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented optimally

• +3 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design

• Proven skills in visualizing and solving complex tasks for enterprise applications

• Experience in facilitating workshops and using methods such as design sprints and user journey mapping to achieve consensus

• Excellent communication skills in English (min. C1 level) and German (C2 level)

• Experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g. Figma Make, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate ideation and enhance creative outcomes

• Experience in clearly communicating design decisions to non-design stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with the SAP CX portfolio

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML / CSS) for effective collaboration with developers

• Consulting and/ or leadership experience in project teams

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 44,450 gross/year for this position.
