Expert Market & Pricing Insights / Aktuar (m/w/d)
Das Erwartet Dich

  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Demandmodelle zur Preisoptimierung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Marktpreismodellen, inklusive strukturierter Mitbewerberanalysen und Competitor Modelling
  • Strukturierte Marktbeobachtung sowie Steuerung von Marktpreisen und Rabatten in enger Abstimmung mit relevanten Fachbereichen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Conversion Rates entlang der gesamten Customer Journey
  • Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Analyse- und Reporting-Tools zur kontinuierlichen Überwachung und Visualisierung von Conversion KPIs
  • Analyse, Visualisierung und Präsentation von Ergebnissen für das Management
  • Unterstützung interner Teams durch datenbasierte Reports und Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und laufende Optimierung unserer Pricing-Prozesse

Wir Erwarten Uns

  • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Mathematik, Statistik, Data Science, Physik etc.), bevorzugt Versicherungsmathematik
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Preisoptimierung, Marktanalyse oder Pricing Strategy (gerne auch außerhalb des Versicherungssektors)
  • Kenntnisse im Aufbau und der Anwendung von Demand- und Marktpreismodellen sowie in der Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools und Programmiersprachen (z.B. Excel, SQL, R, Python)
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für innovative Lösungen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse
