Role Description

This is a full-time role for an IT Support Engineer (m/w/d), based in Grödig. You will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and handling help desk tickets. Key tasks include maintaining system performance, resolving user inquiries, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to assist users effectively and resolve IT-related inquiries
  • Strong abilities in Information Technology and System Administration to maintain and optimize IT infrastructure
  • Expertise in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with hybrid work environments and flexibility to work on-site and remotely
  • Educational background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
