Als
IT Integration & Development Manager
(m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für zwei Teams. Dein Fokus liegt auf
Leadership
: Du entwickelst Menschen, gestaltest Strukturen und sorgst für eine klare Ausrichtung in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld.

Du stellst sicher, dass komplexe Datenströme und Systemverbindungen zuverlässig funktionieren - ohne selbst zu programmieren, aber mit einem soliden technischen Verständnis, um die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung & Coaching:
    Du leitest zwei technische Teams, förderst Zusammenarbeit und unterstützt die persönliche Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.
  • Strategische Steuerung:
    Du priorisierst Aufgaben, optimierst Prozesse und behältst den Überblick bei vielen parallelen Projekten.
  • Koordination & Zusammenarbeit:
    Du arbeitest eng mit Service Manager:innen und Solution Architekt:innen zusammen und bringst deine Erfahrung in die Weiterentwicklung der Services ein.
  • Agile Methoden:
    Du etablierst und förderst agile Arbeitsweisen (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Verantwortung für Ressourcen:
    Du planst Kapazitäten und stellst eine effiziente Teamstruktur sicher.

Was du mitbringst

  • Führungserfahrung
    in der Leitung IT Teams - Leadership ist deine Stärke.
  • Technisches Verständnis
    in Softwareentwicklung, Systemintegration und Schnittstellen (API, Connectivity) - du musst nicht selbst entwickeln, aber die Zusammenhänge verstehen.
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen und Delivery Management ist von Vorteil.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und ein kooperativer Führungsstil.
  • Du bist Sparringspartner für dein Team und das Management - und stellst die Menschen in den Mittelpunkt.
