As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and strategic analysis to support data driven decision making when it comes to people.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, statistics, and HR practices.

Your Tasks
  • Analyzing HR processes and data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide actionable recommendations to the business
  • Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to identify high-impact questions and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
  • Applying analytical methods to support various HR initiatives and decision-making processes
  • Ensuring data quality, consistency and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms
  • Supporting additional HR analytics initiatives and contributing to projects aligned with evolving business needs
Your Background
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or other BI tools for data visualization and storytelling
  • Solid understanding of HR data, processes and practices
  • Strong statistical analysis skills, including experience with correlation, regression and predictive modeling
  • Programming skills in Python or SQL is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights

    The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,- - gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
