Warehouse & Purchasing Specialist - Aircraft maintenance

Purpose ot the job:
Goods receipt:
Handle incoming materials, update material receipts, and perform physical inventories. Maintain all documentation related to import customs clearances to ensure compliance with regulations.
Warehouse:
Manage material movements, including incoming and outgoing goods. Keep inventory records up to date, perform regular physical inventories, and provide materials and tools needed for maintenance activities.
Shipping:
Prepare and dispatch shipments, including creating shipping documents and handling dangerous goods. Arrange transport with external companies, prepare export documents, and ensure all shipping activities are properly documented.
Purchasing:
Procure aircraft materials and repair services for aircraft components, ensuring the timely availability of all necessary resources to support maintenance and operations.
Experience, knowledge & skills:
- Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist
- Very good German skills and good English skils
- At least 5 years of professional experience in aircraft parts handling
- Good knowledge of MRO software/ AMOS
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
- Accurate and conscientious work
- Enjoyment of working in a team
- IATA DGR Certificate/Training
- Valid class B or III driving license
- Forklift license
- Physical resilience (lifting and carrying)
