Field Application Engineer (f/m/d)
As the Field Application Engineer, you will act as the local technical interface and single point of contact for the customer, providing technical expertise in order to align on-going and/or future activities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support all technical needs and establish the required organizational set up for proper communication channels
  • Drive relationship management with opinion leaders and key decision-makers on the technical front
  • Work on technical roadmapping and support daily business needs around various engineering concept stages, such as Capability Checks and Risk Assessments
  • Support customer strategy
  • Evaluate substrate market development

Your Profile

  • BA or MA in Engineering paired with commercial knowledge and understanding
  • 5+ years of experience in High End IC Substrates industry in a Sales Engineer or Product Engineer role
  • Experienced functional leader for defined customers for product engineers in individual plants
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
  • Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
