Field Application Engineer (f/m/d)
As the Field Application Engineer, you will act as the local technical interface and single point of contact for the customer, providing technical expertise in order to align on-going and/or future activities.
Your Responsibilities
Support all technical needs and establish the required organizational set up for proper communication channelsDrive relationship management with opinion leaders and key decision-makers on the technical frontWork on technical roadmapping and support daily business needs around various engineering concept stages, such as Capability Checks and Risk AssessmentsSupport customer strategyEvaluate substrate market developmentYour Profile
BA or MA in Engineering paired with commercial knowledge and understanding5+ years of experience in High End IC Substrates industry in a Sales Engineer or Product Engineer roleExperienced functional leader for defined customers for product engineers in individual plantsStrong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationshipsExcellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skillsOur Offer
