For our team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
Marketing & Sales Process System Specialist % (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
- You will maintain and improve Sales Process tools used within OMICRON
- You will specify new features & improvements for development by IT and test new functionality before the go live
- You will provide technical support for Sales Process tools to our Marketing & Sales team members
- You will design and document Marketing & Sales processes
- You will develop and maintain PowerBI reports based on CRM and ERP data
- You will analyze Marketing & Sales Data and develop as well as monitor KPIs
- You will create training materials, including videos, explaining processes, tools and reports
- You will work in projects where a Marketing & Sales representative is required that combines process know-how with IT system know-how
What are we looking for?
- You have a higher education (e.g. HTL/FH/TU) or relevant working experience
- You should bring a general understanding of typical Marketing & Sales processes
- You have a very strong understanding of relational databases and database queries/joins (preferably CRM / ERP know-how)
- You are experienced in developing BI reports (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel, etc)
- You are a team player but you also like to work independently
- You are fluent in English, German is an advandate
