Bei kununu stellst Du als Sales & Customer Operations Manager sicher, dass unsere Vertriebs- und Kundenprozesse vom ersten Angebot bis zur Vertragsverlängerung reibungslos funktionieren. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Customer Success, Finance und weiteren Teams – mit dem Ziel, Abläufe effizient, fehlerfrei und kundenorientiert zu gestalten. Für diese Rolle ist auch Teilzeit möglich. #kununujob

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Finance und Customer Success - du stellst sicher, dass Informationen reibungslos fließen und Prozesse effizient ablaufen
  • Abwicklung der Angebotserstellung & Vertragsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Team
  • Mitwirkung bei Account Übergaben zwischen den Teams
  • Koordination von Produktaktivierungen
  • Bearbeitung und Begleitung von administrativen Aufgaben wie Vertragsänderungen & Abrechnungen
  • Unterstützung des Sales Teams durch Prüfen von Dokumenten

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Bevorzugt Berufserfahrung in Sales Operations, Customer Operations oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Anwender·in von Salesforce von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung in Angebots- und Vertragsmanagement sowie Datenpflege
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Du kannst Prioritäten setzen und arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du kommunizierst klar und gern mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamplayer-Mindset
