Business Development Manager
to join their growing Vienna office.

—especially with the launch of their brand-new venue in Vienna: a vibrant destination combining an exceptional restaurant, entertainment and karaoke areas, a standout bar, and modern meeting spaces.

This role is
ideal for a commercially driven personality who loves building relationships, discovering new business opportunities, and representing inspiring hospitality brands
. If you enjoy combining fieldwork with strategic sales planning, and you're ready for a challenge with room for growth, this position offers an exciting next step.

Based in
Vienna
, your first mission will be to
support and drive the successful market launch of a new multi-concept venue
. Beyond this, you will generate new business for a selection of well-established hotels in Vienna and support an upscale property in Bregenz.

The position is
target-driven
, reporting directly to the Sales Director, and offers the
opportunity to shape commercial success across multiple properties.

Job description:

  • defining an actionable Sales Plan
    aligned with annual revenue targets,
  • managing the company CRM (HubSpot) and
    tracking all sales activities,
  • providing back-office support
    to the Commercial Team,
  • actively researching and identifying potential clients
    through social media, networking, and cold outreach,
  • organizing and attending meetings
    with new clients, understanding their needs and expectations,
  • coordinating and hosting site inspections
    for both the new venue and the hotels,
  • preparing regular reports and performance
    reviews with the Sales Director,
  • representing the company at trade fairs,
    industry workshops, promotional events, and local hospitality activations.

We require:

  • flexibility to
    manage varied working hours, including evenings and occasional weekends,
  • strong communication
    , interpersonal and organizational skills,
  • a proactive, ambitious mindset with a drive to meet targets,
  • willingness
    to travel as needed,
  • German
    – native or fluent,
  • English
    – strong working proficiency (mandatory).
