Procurement Specialist / Third-Party Manager (f/m/d)

Full time (38,5 h/week)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise our business and enabling units during the procurement process
  • Implement and control individual procurement steps, including negotiation support to secure favourable terms and conditions
  • Manage close relationships with key suppliers, identify new suppliers and analyse market trends
  • Monitor the procurement performance, identify and manage procurement controls & risks (incl. DORA)
  • Improve procurement processes in terms of efficiency and quality
  • Coordinate with finance, operations and legal teams

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field of study (economics, law or a focus on contract or procurement management)
  • Proven experience in procurement or third-party management
  • Very strong MS Office skills
  • Fluency in English and German at a negotiation level
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once in a precise and solution-oriented way
