Stellenbeschreibung

In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselrolle gestaltest und steuerst du Gesamtplanungsverträge mit unseren Auftraggebern – die Basis für komplexe Bauvorhaben – und koordinierst juristische Verfahren in Österreich.

Die Position ist in der ATP Konzernholding angesiedelt, mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Vorstand und erbringt Dienstleistungen für unsere Gesamtplanungs-, Sonderplanungs- und Consultinggesellschaften. Du arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsführung, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen, erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, entwickelst Strategien und sorgst für eine effiziente, rechtssichere Umsetzung.

  • Prüfung und rechtssichere Gestaltung von Verträgen (Schwerpunkt: Gesamtplanungsverträge) in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
  • Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Abstimmung mit externen Kanzleien unter Beobachtung interner Richtlinien
  • Planung und Koordination von Verfahren sowie Überwachung relevanter Fristen und Termine
  • Kommunikation mit Gerichten, Anwälten und Sachverständigen
  • Analyse rechtlicher Risiken und Entwicklung von Strategien zu deren Minimierung
  • Durchführung interner Schulungen zu Vertrags- und Baurecht (VOB, HOAI) ber die ATP Academy
Qualifikationen

Damit machst du unser Holding-Team vollständig…

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Vertrags- oder Verfahrensmanagement, idealerweise im Bau- oder Immobilienumfeld in Österreich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht, idealerweise auch im privaten und öffentlichen Baurecht (VOB, HOAI)
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
