Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist

Join ENPULSION as a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist (m/f/x) to help us build and scale our team during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent across our engineering, manufacturing, and business teams. You'll own the full recruitment cycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and help shape an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing, innovative company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job descriptions, define clear role requirements and help establish hiring timelines.
• Source and attract top talent using a variety of tools and channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals. etc.).
• Screen applications, conduct structured interviews, and guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill positions, proactively engaging with potential candidates.
• Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline activity, conversion rates etc.) using data to drive continuous improvement.

Type of Contract: Full -time position: 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.855,52 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment, in the range of EUR gross per month, depending on your professional experience and qualifications.

• 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within tech, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and hiring analytics.
• Solid experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar professional sourcing platforms.
• Experience working in high-growth or startup environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to collaborate across teams and levels.
• A genuine passion for people and for connecting exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
