**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

**Position Summary**:
Bechtel is seeking a Recruitment and Mobilisation Coordinator to join the Pluto Train 2 Project team. The Workforce Services function is comprised of several functions including, Employee and Industrial Relations, professional craft Recruitment, Transport, Camp Management, Site Access Control (Security) and professional craft Training. We seek to optimise our professional craft performance whilst minimising industrial risk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding and personally complying with Project environmental, safety and health philosophy, systems, and requirements.
- Experience in job portals and development of job adverts
- Support subcontractors with mobilization and onboarding ensuring compliance with the Project mobilization procedure
- Conducting reference checks
- Generating pre
- employment medical requests
- Updating and maintaining internal applicant tracking system
- Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including pre-employment medicals, training, inductions, weld testing, site access, flights, rosters, and accommodation
- Educating and harnessing good working relationships with Project Construction team and Subcontractors on mobilisation processes and systems
- Prepare employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately
- Manage day to day administration of recruitment activities such as online database and internal mobilisation systems inclusive of payroll system
- Prepare and maintain reports relative to mobilization activities (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Perform audits on pre-mobilisation activities
- Daily communication and reporting to Mobilisation Supervisor and project personnel

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 5 + years’ recruitment/mobilisation experience working within the construction, mining or shutdown industry will be highly regarded
- Ability to work across multiple systems (mobilization/payroll/travel) and software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fast paced, dynamic work environment
- ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets
- Well-developed communication both written and verbal
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Solutions driven, shows initiative and motivated to deliver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1._

- The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site._
