We are looking for a Head of Operations (m/f/d) for our Austrian subsidiary to lead our Austrian Operations Unit and be part of the Austrian Management Team. Work location can be Vienna or Pasching (Linz).

What do you have to offer?

An all-encompassing passion for payroll and a strong commitment to providing the best possible advice to our clients. But also:

  • In-depth knowledge and professional experience in payroll of 10+ years
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading a team
  • Ideally knowledge of our payroll systems (Sage DPW, SAP ECP and SAP HCM)
  • Confidence in dealing with customers
  • High social and leadership skills
  • Initiative, assertiveness, resilience
  • High level of focus on results and goals as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of German, very good knowledge of English
