Role Description

This is a remote
Co-Founding Data Engineer
role with a
flexible time commitment
in the initial phase. As the app gains traction and grows in the market, the expectation is to gradually increase working time, with
EQUITY PARTICIPATION (5-25%)
agreed accordingly. The Co-Founding Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and infrastructure; developing efficient data models for analytics; and building scalable data storage solutions. The role also includes performing data analysis to generate actionable insights and collaborating closely with the team to ensure data engineering solutions align with product and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Modelling, and database architecture
  • Strong expertise in using programming languages such as Python, SQL, and/or Java
  • Experience in Data Analytics and deriving actionable insights
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, preferably AWS
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, Startup environment
  • Passion for building innovative solutions and solving technical challenges
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
